From € 390,00 for 2 people

A surprising experience to discover the masterpieces of the Vatican Museums, where the works collected and commissioned over the centuries by the Popes are kept.

A true oasis of beauty and light that excites all those who come here from all parts of the world: a treasure trove of priceless artistic treasures in the smallest state in the world.

From the mysterious remnants of Egyptian art to the great sculptures of classical antiquity, such as the Laocoon, from Etruscan sarcophagi to Roman and early Christian sarcophagi, to original evidence of remote lands and civilisations, such as an unusual Eskimo crucifix, a unique pre-Columbian statue of the “plumed serpent”, the god Quetzalcóatl, or a ceremonial pirogue from an island in the Solomons. This brings us to the heart of the collections, represented by the Pinacoteca Vaticana and that ‘sequence of true revelations of art and faith’ that are the papal flats and the Sistine Chapel.

Accompanied by a highly specialised art historian, you will visit the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, Raphael’s Rooms and the Borgia Apartments.
