Fitness and Art at the Center of Rome – in collaboration with Streetgym

Duration: 1 hour

The key to Rome, in collaboration with Streetgym, offers a new way to experience outdoor sports while admiring the most evocative places in the city.

A 50-minute functional circuit training with 9 itinerant stations which includes an aerobic and an anaerobic part. A true training session adaptable to all individual needs with over 600kcal burned per session.

The historical-artistic circuits you can choose from:

– Colosseum and Imperial Forums

– Piazza Navona and Pantheon

– Ghetto and Largo Argentina

– Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo

– Tiber Island

– San Pietro and Borgo Pio

Suitable for birthday parties, hen / stag parties, incentives and for anyone who wants to get to know Rome without giving up daily training.

Available in Italian and English.
