This cooking lesson gives you the chance to cook and eat a wonderful traditional and authentic lunch in a Roman home. Visit a local market with your personal chef before returning to her kitchen where together you will prepare a traditional lunch just for you, learning about Italian cuisine, the ingredients used and how to prepare them while sampling some antipasti and prosecco. The grand finale: lunch! Weather permitting you will enjoy the fruits of your labor on a private terrace in a garden rarely experienced by visitors. Otherwise you will dine inside your host’s home.
