Pizza & Gelato Making

On this cooking experience you’ll spend 5 hours making pizza and gelato – two of Italy’s most appreciated delicacies! You’ll learn how to mix, knead and roll out pizza dough followed by topping the pizza with fresh local ingredients.
You will also learn how to make gelato and sorbet. The class will participate in blending the fruit and mixing of the final ingredients. Flavors include vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, and seasonal fruit flavors. Specific flavor requests are welcome. At the end of your class, you will enjoy eating your very own creations of homemade pizza and gelato.
